If you are not satisfied w/ your meal it is Important to let your server know so they can accommidate your needs. Always Keep in Mind though, that the server does not make the meal. They serve it!
Amen. I, too, worked in the food service industry for about nine years and it's amazing how some customers (we called them 'guests') think that their waiter is somehow single handedly running the resturaunt, lol.
